1. Analysis
   It commences with a detailed understanding of the brief given by the client. The specs and timeline are conjured by our design as well as our technical team. Our experts define a realistic picture on the definition and parameters of the project. All aspects of the project are ironed out with the client before progressing any further so as to ensure optimum results are derived and both parties adhere to productive procedures.
   
   
2. Strategy
   The strategy is laid out before client on the intent of the project from onset till completion. With our highly creative and skilled tech team’s inputs, we propose to the client our strategic plan. Based on the stipulated conditions set forth by the client, we work around it and add value and insight on what can be done to ensure that the best solution is recommended.
   
   
3. Conceptualisation
   The business- technology processes are cemented at this juncture. This includes the business processes as well as the tech details. We set the milestones to be achieved and the relevant details are emailed to client including flows and processes.
   
   
4. Design
   This is where our creative team gets into overdrive. The user interface and slides of relevant pages are designed by understanding the Brand and motives of client. We do not just create based on what we think but we take lots of feedback from our client on their preference, taste and direction. After digesting this critical information and complete analytical study of their organization, peers and industry, the design team starts their work. Once done, we will send them to client for approval. The designs have to be approved before coding begins. This is an important phase.
   
   
5. Solutions development
   The development stage is crucial and check and balances plus best practises are all in place to ensure optimum delivery of project to client . Each component of the system will be developed before integrating to the final end system to ensure productivity is kept at its best.
   
   
6. Test
   The test is an important phase as we put the project through a series of tests to ensure that it is functioning well. We dry run the system and stress test the final product. Specially designed quality checks on individual components of the system, as well as on the integrated system ensure a high performance of the product. There will be User Acceptance Test ( UAT) which will be run on our demo server or a unique IP before implementing on client’s servers.This is where the client can test and approve the product. Modification or slight changes are done in this phase.
   
   
7. Implementation
   The implementation stage is where we transfer and integrate the product onto client’s servers. Client and us will again go through the end solution to ensure that its delivered as per the specifications and system is optimally deployed.
   
   
8. Support
   De Mellows does not just stop our service when we handover the completed project to client. It is actually the beginning of a long term relationship where we help client monitor and maintain their project as well as ensure client is trained on the system. A manual illustrating the guidelines will be given to client to ensure that they know how the system completely functions and if someone else was to take over, they too will know the functionalities.
